1) Watch for Your DocuSign Lease

You’ll receive a DocuSign email. Review the lease carefully and sign. Your countersigned copy arrives once funds clear.

2) First Payment Method

Wire transfer or Zelle only for the first payment. Account/recipient details are in your lease. Always confirm recipient name and last four digits before sending.

3) Calculate Your Move-In Amount

Enter your monthly rent, how many deposits are required (e.g., 1 = security only; 2 = first+security; 3 = first+last+security), and your move-in date. We’ll prorate the first month based on days remaining in that month.

Proration assumes rent is charged from your move-in date through the end of that month. Your lease terms govern if different.
